 Our 180-Days Satisfaction Guarantee

After achieving a customer satisfaction rate of over 90%, we are proud to offer a 180-days satisfaction guarantee to make your purchase experience even smoother.

What does the satisfaction guarantee cover?

It's simple. Use our products as described on the product page or on the product packaging for a period of at least 90 days. If you don't see the desired results, we will refund your FIRST purchase without any questions asked.

Important! If you place several orders after each other we will only refund the FIRST order. The same applies to multiple products in one order as explained below. 

Example: In the case of an order containing a quantity of more than one of our products we do NOT refund any more than one. We will always choose to refund the most expensive product variant contained in the order.

Just contact us via email and return any unopened products. We will refund the full purchase amount.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
